Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for misprinted items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement if you find that the product's imprint quality isn’t what you expected. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not accept returns for:
- Manufacturer Defects including shrinkage, loose threads, pilling, etc.
- Shade Variations for Garment-dyed, Pigment-dyed, Mineral-washed, or otherwise any products expressly noted to have shade variations due to their dye, fabric, or manufacturing process in the product's "Description" section.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem with quality photos where we can see the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We only offer refunds or replacements for misprinted/damaged/defective imprint quality, not for buyer’s remorse, manufacturer defects, or shade variations in garments noted to have shade variations.
Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds or replacements either as we make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item for replacement, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, the item will be re-manufactured and shipped to you using the shipping method originally selected within 10 business days, not including shipping & transit times, provided the item is still available.

Order Cancellation Requests
We will make every effort to accommodate your request to cancel your order. However, once an order enters into production, it cannot be cancelled. Orders may enter into production within the same hour the order is placed in order to uphold the products stated processing time.
Order Cancellation Requests received after the Order Cutoff Time* the same day the order is placed cannot be accommodated as the order has already entered production.
*Order Cutoff Time is 3pm Eastern, however, may change. Please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the website for any changes to the Order Cutoff Time for the day.
